Nothing here should be read as medical or dietary advice. Daniel's experience managing his Ankylosing Spondylitis through the NSD is his own, and individual responses to diet vary widely. What works for us may not work for you, and it could even be harmful if your situation is different.

Please talk to your doctor, rheumatologist, or a qualified dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have a diagnosed medical condition.

Some parts of this site (like the recipe library) require a free account. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials private. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that are misused. You can delete your account at any time by getting in touch with us.

Email subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you'll receive occasional updates from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link — click it any time and we'll remove you immediately. We will never share your email address with anyone else.
